NDIS PROVIDER POLICY

ASIC POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We do not charge NDIS participants for cancelled appointments.

Our appointments are rarely cancelled as we deliver our services on site in participants’ homes, via phone or zoom calls or in clinic.

FACILITIES:

Our psychologists work as a team with the carers and other existing support providers of our clients to ensure all policies are being followed as intended and to ensure optimal mental health outcomes for our clients.
