Tamika

Tamika is a compassionate and dedicated behaviour support practitioner with extensive experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Her experience includes roles such as youth worker, education facilitator, and case manager, specialising in supporting families with child protection concerns. Tamika is deeply passionate about assisting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and adults, focusing on their unique needs and challenges.

Tamika is particularly interested in helping clients transition from home to Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation, addressing trauma, and providing support to teams and families to ensure comprehensive care for her clients.

Her bubbly and empathetic approach helps create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and she places great importance on maintaining strong relationships with all her participants.
