Leah is a compassionate and dedicated Provisional Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner with extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and the elderly. She is particularly passionate about helping those dealing with anxiety, PTSD and depression. suicide prevention.
Her empathetic, transparent, and collaborative approach allows her clients to feel understood and supported as they navigate their challenges. Honesty is at the core of Leah’s work, fostering trust and open communication with each of her clients.
Leah utilises a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Her practice is rooted in person-centred and strengths-based approaches, ensuring that the care she provides is tailored to the individual needs of her clients.
As a Provisional Psychologist and Behaviour Support Practitioner, Leah has completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an Advanced Graduate Diploma in Psychology. She is passionate about suicide prevention and supporting her clients effectively through their mental health journeys.
