Ashleigh is a Registered Provisional Psychologist & Behaviour Support Practitioner committed to creating safe, inclusive, and empowering environments for her participants.
She is passionate about supporting clients from early to late adulthood, particularly those who are neurodivergent or disabled. Her warm and empathetic approach focuses on building solid support teams, fostering effective communication, accommodating sensory needs, and establishing informal support networks.
Grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming framework, Ashleigh strives to celebrate and accommodate the diverse ways individuals think, feel, and interact with the world. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and talk therapy with strengths-based practices, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques.
Ashleigh’s holistic approach to enhancing overall quality of life, as well as her authenticity and honesty, helps build strong relationships with her clients.
Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and a Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced).
Ashleigh is available to help participants on the Central Coast.
