I am a registered social worker having graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work in 2022 from James Cook University at Cairns. I have resided in Cairns for thirty years and I have experience as a case worker within the Youth Justice sector and previously volunteered as a Community support worker within the Muticultural Services and St Johns, in Cairns.

I have a strong commitment to social justice and I am passionate about fundermental human rights and value the importance of human relationships. I work following a holistic lens through a person centered anti-oppressive, strength-based approach with commitment to promote social inclusivity and equality.

I am passionate about improving the quality of individuals lives though self efficacy, validation, equity and empowerment, by encouraging healthy choices, positive well being and change.

When not working I enjoy spending timewith my partner and dogs, I love nature, gardening, camping and music.
